Although "Rockinī" is the only tune that has surfaced so far, this was probably an ordinary BBC session producing about five tunes. Itīs almost certain that their vocalist Ronnie Jones would have joined for the rest of the session.

Melody Maker reported in their February 23 issue that a "Bandbeat" session was to be broadcasted on March 5. However, the session did not take place as a change in the Blues Incorporated line up appeared late in February.

This live-in-the-studio-session, the 11th in the series that later to became known as "In Concert", has circulated among collectors for years. Bootlegged in the late 90īs, it should have been released commercially decades ago as it shows Bond at his absolutely peak post America.

Although sessions from this show usually were made into transcript discs, a 12" from this particular one hasnīt turned up yet.
